Welcome & Invitation

We warmly invite the global oral and maxillofacial surgery community to join us in Berlin for the 27th International Conference on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

It is our pleasure to welcome you to ICOMS 2027 in Berlin, Germany, at a moment of significant evolution for oral and maxillofacial surgery. Innovation, global collaboration, and the development of future leaders are shaping how our specialty will advance and how care will be delivered for years to come.

Held every two years, ICOMS brings together more than 2,000 oral and maxillofacial surgeons, educators, researchers, trainees, and partners from around the world for four days of scientific exchange, collaboration, and connection.

Through distinguished lecturers, expert symposia, Master Classes, free paper sessions, scientific discussion, and informal exchange, ICOMS creates an environment where knowledge is shared, perspectives are broadened, and lasting professional relationships are formed.

Just as important, ICOMS creates opportunities for connection across borders, career stages, disciplines, and practice environments. The strength of our global community comes not only from the expertise we bring to the scientific program, but from the ideas, experiences, and perspectives we share with one another.

Berlin provides an extraordinary setting for this exchange: a city shaped by history, creativity, science, resilience, and reinvention. We look forward to gathering there with colleagues from throughout the world for an ICOMS experience that reflects both scientific excellence and the spirit of international community.

We warmly invite you to join us in Berlin and to be part of shaping the future of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
