Hotel Booking
The JW Marriott booking system only allows the ICOMS room reservation link to be released 340 days before the event. The booking link will be posted here as soon as it becomes available.
Berlin City Ticket Included
Your ICOMS 2027 registration includes a Berlin City Ticket provided by Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe. The ticket is valid during the main congress days for public transportation throughout Berlin's ABC fare zones, including Berlin Brandenburg Airport.
Getting to the JW Marriott
Berlin's extensive public transportation network makes reaching the congress venue straightforward from both the airport and Berlin Central Station.
From Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER)
Approximately 26 km from the JW Marriott Hotel Berlin.
By Train — Recommended
Travel time: approximately 30–40 minutes
Follow signs to the Flughafen BER train station beneath Terminal 1. Take a regional train, such as the FEX or RE20, toward central Berlin and exit at S+U Potsdamer Platz. From there, the hotel is approximately a 5-minute taxi or Uber ride or a 15–20-minute walk.
By Taxi or Uber
Travel time: approximately 25–35 minutes, depending on traffic. Taxis and Uber services are available directly outside the airport arrivals area.
From Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof)
By Bus — No Changes
Travel time: approximately 15–20 minutes
Take Bus M85 from S+U Berlin Hauptbahnhof in the direction of Potsdamer Brücke. Exit at Potsdamer Brücke. The hotel is a short walk from the bus stop.
By Taxi or Uber
Travel time: approximately 5–10 minutes. The hotel is approximately 3 km from Berlin Central Station.

Do I need a visa to attend ICOMS 2027?
Each attendee is responsible for determining whether a visa is required to travel to Germany and for obtaining the appropriate travel documentation. If you require a visa, we strongly recommend submitting your application well in advance of your planned travel date.
Need an Official Invitation Letter?
Meeting staff can provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application upon request.

The Planning Committee cannot arrange visas or influence the outcome of visa applications. No refunds of registration or exhibition fees will be granted for cancellation or non-attendance resulting from failure to obtain a visa. Attendees are responsible for complying with all German entry requirements, laws, regulations, and official procedures.
